Rosemary Rigatoni (Pasta Recipe)

Running out of ideas for dinner?

Try this quick, easy and delicious pasta dish that my dad actually came up with.

Here is what you need: 

1/2 box Rigatoni (~ 225 grams dry) 

2 cans light Tuna in water  

4 tbsp Olive Oil 

40 Brussels Sprouts  

Rosemary , freshly cut to taste.

Serves 4 

Appx. Per serving: 

Calories  – 475

Carbohydrates  –  50 g

Protein –   35 g

Fat  –  15 g
